Hi friends and customers!
It’s me, Bimmer. I just wanted to pop in before December 31st (because I’ll definitely be asleep by 9:17 PM) to wish you all a very Happy New Year and give you my official report on how 2025 went around here.
First of all…. WOW.
Our lifts have been FULL. Like full-full, cars everywhere, engines going vroom vroom nonstop. Humans working extra hard, smelling like oil, coffee, and determination. I supervised closely from strategic nap locations and can confirm: everyone crushed it.
Big news around the shop:
🐾 My Uncle Hubie got a new pup — which means I now have a new friend, Harlee ❤️
I am teaching him the most important shop rules:
1. Sit politely
2. Nap aggressively
3. Never trust anyone holding food
Uncle Russell continues to wear short-sleeve T-shirts in 20-degree weather, insisting it’s “hot.” Sir. I am wearing a full fur coat and I am shivering.
Please stop. Respect the fur!
My dad complained all December that my Aunt Yaprak wasn’t there.
Something about “doing all the paperwork by himself.”
Personally, I think he just missed his best buddy… because I saw him leaving a LOT of human treats called chocolate on her desk.
(Not dog treats. Because if they were dog treats, I would not have left them there. I cannot help it.)
Then today… Aunt Yaprak came back.
I heard her say, “Awwww thank you!”
(That’s how humans wag their tails when they get treats).
Then she said, “Why do I have to work for money? Be a good friend and just write me a check.”
And they both laughed.
Is that… a real thing?? 😳
Because excuse me — I am literally human’s best friend.
Where is my check??
This year was a little puzzling too.
My best friend at home is getting ready to go to college soon. Mom and Dad will really miss him.
I will too…
BUT…
If he’s gone, I’m pretty sure that means all the treats and attention become mine, so I’m choosing optimism.
In conclusion,
To all of you who trusted Superior Auto Works this year:
Thank you for the love, the loyalty, the busy bays, and the kindness.
You keep my humans working hard — and you keep me napping proudly knowing they’re doing what they love.
Here’s to a healthy, happy, smooth-running New Year.
May your engines stay strong, your warning lights stay off, and your shops always have a good dog.
With love, slobber, and supervision,
🐾 Bimmer
P.S. If anyone knows where I submit my resume for “Best Friend Pay,” please advise
